1. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting the registration form on this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not submit your registration.

2. Event Description

Entrepreneur Evening is a private, invitation-based networking event limited to 50 guests, taking place on June 19, 2026 from 7:00 PM to 11:00 PM at the DoubleTree by Hilton Nice Centre Iconic, Nice, France.

The event includes drinks and networking activities. The organisers reserve the right to modify the event programme, format, or venue in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

3. Registration & Confirmation

Submitting the registration form does not guarantee a place at the event. All registrations are subject to review by the organisers. You will be contacted via WhatsApp to confirm whether your spot has been approved.

Your spot is only confirmed once you have received an explicit confirmation message from the organisers. The organisers reserve the right to decline any registration without providing a reason.

4. Attendance

Confirmed guests are expected to attend the event. If you are unable to attend, please notify us as soon as possible via WhatsApp or by emailing hello@entrepreneur-evening.com so that your spot may be offered to another guest.

The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry to any guest who behaves in an inappropriate, disrespectful, or disruptive manner.

5. Code of Conduct

All guests are expected to behave respectfully toward other attendees, staff, and venue personnel. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Harassment, discrimination, or offensive behaviour of any kind
• Unsolicited commercial solicitation or aggressive sales tactics
• Recording or photographing other guests without their consent
• Any behaviour that disrupts the event experience for others

Violation of this code may result in removal from the event without recourse.

6. Liability

The organisers make every effort to ensure the event runs smoothly, but cannot be held liable for:

• Any personal injury, loss, or damage to property sustained at the event
• Event cancellation or modification due to force majeure (including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions)
• The conduct of other guests at the event

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, design, and images — is the property of the event organisers and may not be reproduced without written permission.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by French law. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nice, France.
